Shipping - For orders in the UK please allow 7 days to receive orders. Orders outside the Uk, please allow up to 21 days. If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please do not hesitate to contact us!
Returns - Not happy with your item?! We allow 2 weeks for returns and 28 days for exchanges. All shipping costs must be covered by the customer and we are not responsible for lost items! If the item is not in the condition we originally sent it, we have rights to refuse refund.
Business Hours - We reply to all issues and emails during business hours. If you get in touch out of these hours, please do be patient with us, we are very busy people!
